3. Amazon Selling Partner API data
When an Amazon seller authorizes Yaroo to access information through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), we use that information only to provide, secure, support, and improve the services the seller has requested under a written engagement. Depending on the authorization and service scope, this may include seller account identifiers, catalog and listing data, inventory, orders, fulfillment, reports, advertising and performance data, and limited customer information when Amazon permits access and it is necessary for the contracted service.
We do not use Amazon information for independent advertising, unrelated profiling, or any purpose outside the authorized service. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need it for the engagement. We disclose Amazon information only to the authorizing seller, authorized personnel, approved subprocessors needed to deliver the service, Amazon where required, or when legally required. We apply access controls and retention limits and delete or return Amazon information when it is no longer required for the authorized purpose, subject to legal obligations and secure backup cycles.
4. How we share information
We may share information with hosting, security, communications, analytics, professional-adviser, and other service providers that process information for us under appropriate obligations. We may also share information with platforms or partners you direct us to work with, to protect rights and safety, to comply with law, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Storage, retention, and deletion
Information may be stored in Canada, the United States, or other countries where we or our providers operate. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, the client engagement, security, dispute resolution, accounting, and legal or platform requirements. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete, de-identify, or securely isolate the information. Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups expire under normal rotation schedules.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including role-based access, authentication, encryption where appropriate, secure hosting, logging, monitoring, backups, and vendor review. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Clients are responsible for protecting their credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our website may use essential, preference, security, and analytics cookies or similar technologies. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect website functions. Where required, we request consent before using non-essential cookies.

You may also ask us to stop marketing communications. To make a request, use the contact form on this website and describe the information and request. We may verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or contractual records.
